Daniella Leon, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #164445

Hi, I’m Daniella.

I’ve always been curious about what’s happening underneath—why certain patterns keep showing up, how our experiences and relationships shape us, and why understanding something doesn’t always make it easier to change. That curiosity is what drew me to therapy and still shapes the way I work today.

My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. You can show up as you are—without the right words or everything figured out. I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity while also offering perspective, asking thoughtful questions, and gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with genuine human connection. My work is informed by relational and psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and continue to invest in training, consultation, and ongoing learning.

Outside the therapy room —

I love cooking and trying new restaurants, traveling and exploring new places, going to hot yoga, and spending time with my loved ones—including my two adorable senior pups. I’m usually reading something, rewatching a favorite comfort series, or getting pulled into a good thriller or crime show.

You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going before you begin. Come as you are, and we’ll start from there. I’d be honored to get to know you, understand what’s bringing you here, and support you in creating meaningful change in the parts of your life that matter most.
