Therapy for where you are and where you want to go

Virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and dating challenges, and stress or burnout throughout California.

Sometimes life just feels like a lot. You may be keeping up with work, relationships, and responsibilities while underneath feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, low, or stuck. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and dating challenges, and stress or burnout. These experiences can also show up as second-guessing yourself, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or finding yourself pulled into familiar relationship patterns.

Together, we’ll slow things down, make space for what you’re feeling, and work toward meaningful change. That might look like trusting yourself more, communicating more openly, setting healthier boundaries, navigating change with greater confidence, or building relationships that feel more connected and fulfilling.

Meet Your Therapist

Daniella is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults throughout California. She believes meaningful therapy is about more than simply managing symptoms—it’s a place to understand yourself more fully, make sense of the patterns that keep repeating, and begin responding to your life in ways that feel more intentional.

Her approach is warm and relational, with a balance of compassion, curiosity, and gentle challenge. She helps clients make room for what they’re feeling while working toward greater self-trust, healthier relationships, clearer communication, and change that feels meaningful to them.
